Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup oats
- Honey Bunches of Oats™ Protein Cinnamon cereal
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla protein powder and oats. Stir until thick and sticky.
- Roll into bite-sized balls, then gently roll in Honey Bunches of Oats Protein Cinnamon cereal for a delicious, crunchy coating.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
