No Bake Honey Bunches of Oats™ Cinnamon Protein Bars

These no-bake bars combine protein-packed ingredients with Honey Bunches of Oats™ Protein Cinnamon cereal for a chewy, satisfying snack with a hint of cinnamon sweetness in every bite.

No Bake Honey Bunches of Oats Cinnamon Protein Bars

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • cups Honey Bunches of Oats™ Protein Cinnamon cereal
  • Optional: chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Warm peanut butter + honey in the microwave (30–45 sec).
  2. Stir in protein powder until smooth.
  3. Fold in Honey Bunches of Oats Protein Cinnamon cereal (do this last so the cereal stays crunch).
  4. Press into a parchment-lined pan.
  5. Chill 1-2 hours.
  6. Cut into bars.
