No Bake Honey Bunches of Oats™ Cinnamon Protein Bars
These no-bake bars combine protein-packed ingredients with Honey Bunches of Oats™ Protein Cinnamon cereal for a chewy, satisfying snack with a hint of cinnamon sweetness in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ⅓ cup honey (or maple syrup)
- ¼ cup protein powder
- 1½ cups Honey Bunches of Oats™ Protein Cinnamon cereal
- Optional: chocolate chips
Instructions
- Warm peanut butter + honey in the microwave (30–45 sec).
- Stir in protein powder until smooth.
- Fold in Honey Bunches of Oats Protein Cinnamon cereal (do this last so the cereal stays crunch).
- Press into a parchment-lined pan.
- Chill 1-2 hours.
- Cut into bars.
